HC parking at POP

Hoping that Chjp N Dale Express or someone can answer my question. I forgot to ask about the HC parking at POP. The parking lot was completely full each night when we got back to the resort. We have 2 daughters in wheelchairs so we don't often take the bus because it's so time consuming and not usually enough room for both wheelchairs. We usually just drive. Each time we came back from the parks the parking lot was full. No HC parking available at all. One night we even had to park in the very back where the parking lot is not even finished. Do you know if this will possibly change in time? Thanks in advance for any thoughts or help you may can offer.

All I know is that they are working to solve that problem. There are more HC spaces than required by the ADA, however, I guess there are more guests than they anticipated would use them.
