hawthorn suites in univ ?

we found this on hotel kingdom, shuttle and full brkfst. anyone here of this place $69 a night seems like a good deal but i still need clean, it does say remodeled but i don't know when. i wonder how noisy it is?...thanks

Unfortunately I never stayed at that particular Hawthorn, but I stayed at two others in the area - the Seaworld one and the Lake Buena Vista one. Both Hawthorns I stayed at were clean and very nice, with good breakfasts. I find that Hawthorn Suites is a good chain of hotels, as Hyatt owns them. It may be on a busy road though (as I drove by it once), so not sure about the noise factor. But Here on the DIS, I do remember reading good things about the Universal Hawthorn Suites.
