I downloaded the program, but when I go to open it I get an error message that reads "Component "picclp32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid". What do I do to fix that? I also downloaded the DVC Chart, and that works ok. Please help. Thanks.

you might want to send Cask Bill a pm incase he doesn't see the post.

I had the same problem. I'm guessing you're using Vista? Here's what I did and it worked:

From a command prompt:

Regsvr32 pciclp32.ocx /u
Regsvr32 pciclp32.ocx

I hope this helps...

Thanks BobNed. I am not quite sure how to go about that. But thanks for trying to help:)

That's what I get for sending my reply so early in the morning! I'm sorry - I should have given more details.

From your Start button, select "All Programs", then "Accessories", then "Command Prompt". A Command Prompt window will open. In the window, type

Regsvr32 pciclp32.ocx /u

and press enter.

Then type

Regsvr32 pciclp32.ocx

and press enter again.

You should see a confirmation each time you enter one of the commands. Once you get confirmation that the file has been registered, you can close the Command Prompt window and try the Planner program again. Hopefully it will work.

Good luck,

Bob
