Having trouble paying annual dues via Disney GC

Hello.

I bought a few Disney gift cards from Sams Club with the recent Amex promo. I was able to use 3 of the $50 cards to pay $150 towards our dues a few days ago. I logged on yesterday and then again today to do the same, and the "Submit Payment" box isn't clickable and there is no place to select how you want to pay (previously it was a drop down where you selected Gift Card, etc.). I tried multiple browsers and also logging in to DH's account, no luck.

Is anyone else running into this or do you have any suggestions? Do they limit the number of payments you can make via gift card? Should I try unenrolling from Auto Pay and see if that works (just don't want to mess with anything or become past due since we have upcoming reservations).

There isn't a limit, Disney IT must have broke again.

You cannot pay by credit card unless you pay the full amount, but Disney Gift Cards should be fine in any amount. You may have to select a specific contract before you see the drop down. (If you have multiple contracts)
 
I took a look at the HTML code behind that page and the Submit button is set to "Disabled". I was able to force a submit and a web page came up stating "we're working on it". So in my case anyway, the Submit button is not clickable and the page where one would enter the gift card info is not accessible.

Sometimes a submit button is disabled until some condition is met, such as filling in all mandatory form fields. I don't know if this button was deliberately disabled while someone is working on the website or if there is a bug causing the button to not be enabled when it should be.

Bottom line: I'm seeing the same behavior that you are.

Thank you for the reply! I had selected to pay by contract and then selected the one I wanted to pay (as I have in the past) and that's where I ran into the error of no place to enter card info (or even the drop down to select payment type).

Wow, thank you for looking into the HTML! At least I know I'm not crazy or somehow going to the wrong screen. I did call MS this morning and they said I'd have to wait until accounting is back on Tuesday. I'll update with what I learn and if I'm able to pay.

Once it's working again you could first combine the gift cards online and then you'll only have to get through the payment screen once.
 
I just tried again with Chrome and Firefox and neither of them allowed me to Submit a dues payment.
 
There must be a dozen web servers and APIs that the DVC site references, and it looks like at least one is down. Some of the other pages aren't fully loading either. (Most people wouldn't notice, but it's happening.) This will likely be fixed sometime after support staff returns tomorrow.
 
Thank you all for your replies and also for those reporting that they tried and had the same issues.

I'm happy to report that I was just able to pay off my annual dues balance with a gift card, so looks like it's in working order (for now). Saves me a call to accounting department of DVC in the morning :)

For those in the US, I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day with friends and family.
 
Did you scroll through the terms and conditions and check the box at the bottom (that is not visible until you scroll through them) that you accept them?

ETA: Nevermind, just tried logging on and they changed the site so that is no longer there, but it does say that you have to pay the balance in full.
