Back in feb of 2020 we had to cancel the Hawaiian cruise since my mom was placed in hospice. Our credit card has travel insurance so we were covered. We did get the usual year to use the credit. When Covid hit the airline then extended the credit another year so finally I could put in a claim. This March. Only to hear on the news that United extended the the credit till Dec. At this rate I’ll never get my money back. Anyone else hear this
