If you plan to have the groceries arrive before you do, they'll be held at bell services. There is an additional handling/receiving fee you'll pay to the resort. If you'll be at BCV while the groceries are being delivered, arrange to meet the driver out front, rather than giving them your room info.

Dizzy Dolphin Delivery will deliver your order, with alcohol, without you needing to be present. You do need to send them a copy of your photo ID to provide proof of age.

No fee to hold your groceries but there is a fee to deliver them to your room. Cold items will be refrigerated or frozen as required.

We had a good experience with Instacart at BCV last month. They delivered to bell, bell refrigerated a few things, and we had them all delivered. I want to say it was about a $6 charge, but I'd have to actually look that up - it was worth it based on the amount of stuff we got! So $6 plus a nice tip saved me a couple trips while on vacation!

We have used Garden Grocers and haven't had any problems. They hold them at the bell desk for you, and go pick them up when it's convenient for you. They will refrigerate the things that need to be kept cold.

What address are people using to bill to their credit card. We will be at the Beach Club Villas and in the past, we have had issues with the C/C address as it hasn't allowed us to put a Canadian billing address on the order.

There are two different charges. Packages shipped to the resort are charged a fee to be accepted. Groceries ordered and delivered are accepted by baggage claim for free. If you call from your room and request that the groceries be brought to your room, you are charged a fee.
