Having a birthday party for DD she will be 21, what to serve?

OK so this is last minute planning! I was going to put a Surprise Party together for DD, but she told me several weeks ago that she had all these plans. Well things have changed. Now she wants me to put a small party together for her.

DH has to now work next Sunday, no biggie and we need to do party in the afternoon!

Now what to serve? DD will only have a few friends over, nothing big or huge and I will invite family and few frineds as well. So I was thinking of the following but I need your help! I do not want to have alot of work on me.

Menu:

Pizza
Chips & Pretzel's
Soft Drinks/Coffee
Birthday Cake/Ice Cream

And now what? I was thinking of making a crock pot of my homemade sauce with meatballs. I thought maybe Meatballs sandwiches! But could I serve that alone , na I don't think so. Does that mean maybe some homemade macaroni salad to go with it? Oh I have not did a party is so long. HELP! I am not having alot of people,what to do.

What would you serve?

i've never done an impromptu party, but i think the chips and pretzels would be GREAT with the meatball sandwiches-throw in sodas, cake and ice cream and it sounds like you have a party on your hands hope your DD has a magical birthday!

I think that meatball sandwiches and macaroni salad sounds wonderful. Pick up a vegetable tray and a fruit tray from the deli, and you're done. Some chips or pretzels might be a good idea, too, for people who like to have something crunchy.
