Haven't heard, please advise

I had spoken to my guide three days ago about purchasing 25 points add on at BWV, our home resort. I've been trying for weeks, and there was nothing available for my use year at BW. When I spoke to her on Tuesday she had said 40 points became available at BW for my Oct. use year, just that morning. She said I'd be first in line to receive the 25 I wanted since there was only one person ahead of me, but he wanted 180 points, and that DVC would satisfy my request first since there was enough to cover my purchase, and not yet the other partys'. I gave her my Disney Visa for the $500 down. It hasn't yet been charged to my card, and I haven't heard a word as to whether or not I'd definitely get these points, even though she seemed sure they were mine. She said once she took the card number and processed the request, it was out of her hands, so who do I call to find out what's going on? TIA for any info you may have.

Even though your guide said it was out of her hands, I still think she would be the best person to follow up with to see how it is going...she might not be able to do anything personally, but should be able to check to see what is going on.

Definitely follow up with your DVC Guide to get an update on your purchase. I love BWV myself and would considering adding more on there at some point. Good luck!

I agree with LisaS, check your account online. We just did an add-on a BWV. We had about a 2 month wait to get 60 points. I checked online a few days. This past weekend the points showed up online before I heard from my guide. We still haven't received the contract paperwork from Disney.

BWV is $95/pt until June 4th, then it goes up to $98/pt. There are no closing costs to add on. The minimum add-on is 25 points if you pay cash or 50 points if you want Disney financing.

UK buyers have the current exchange rate as an additional incentive!
