Have your reservation in our system, we are unable to print your board pass? What???

My sister-in-law was checking-in on line for a boarding pass(24 hours ahead) with USAirways. She has an assigned seat, and got this message "Although we have your reservation in the system, you are unable to print your boarding passes at this time. Please go to the desk when you arrive." What does this mean?
 
It means she's probably been picked to have the more thorough screening. Her name or name similiar to hers may be on the TSA list. I don't think it's anything to be worried about. She might want to give herself a little extra time to check-in as she has to go to the counter.

yep. happened to me once on US Air at Logan airport. Arrive a bit early.
 
Did she make any changes to her reservation? I had a reservation for 3 a couple years ago and dropped 1 person a couple weeks before. USAir would not let me check-in online.

It has happened to us the last two trips to WDW. We simply had to present ourselves at the desk to show ID and that was it. We didn't go through any extra screening. Every so many people are picked out of the group and have to finish checking in at the airport. It is frustrating, but these are the rules we have to play by these days.

Things will be fine.
