Have you used Sunset Vacation Homes?

HI, This will be our first time doing any type of rental vs hotel. My husband is not to sure about dealing with a person vs. established hotel. To make him more comfortable I am looking at Windsor Hills because in is in a resort vs an unknown neighborhood, there are lots of good comments here, and it is close to Disney.

In my searches on vrbo.com I have come across Sunset Vacation Homes svhflorida.com. They have homes in Windsor Hills as well as other areas. I was wondering if anyone had used them and had any comments.

After looking up the site, I do recognize the management company and they are associated with Evergreen Florida Vacation Homes who do a really nice job taking care of their homes by reputation. The townhome they have listed, Hideaway Haven, I am familiar with--it is very nice and VERY CLEAN! It is also on www.vrbo.com/165912. We stayed there a couple of days in February and the owner did a great job of decorating it and is very nice to deal with. It also has a south pool with a private area behind it.

We actually rented it through the owner but it is managed by EFVH and is listed on the site you mention (seems like same company under a different name--at least it mentions its association with EFVH owners--both family run businesses, same family).
