Have you used a disney vacation account to pay dues -- and does that qualify for bonus?

I have a little bit of money in a DVA - and was considering using that to payoff the remainder of my annual dues -- They have their stipulations as to what counts towards the bonus - cruises, park tickets, resort rooms, dining plan, ABD. I did recently purchase an AP with that account, so that helps reach the $1000 mark.

Has anyone used this to pay annual dues and know if this would count towards the bonus?

If not i will hold off and use them for park tickets. Just curious if anyone has encountered this.

Per the DVA stipulations it is not qualified spending but yes currently it will trigger the $20 per $1000 spent bonus. That could change but it has been working the past few years at least (that used to be the only way to combine gift cards into a larger amount for payment)
