Have you seen the price increases for lightning lane!?

Speaking of the calendar prices, they are posted at 21 days out, correct? I'll be anxiously awaiting the pricing for my trip...
Correct it is posted on a rolling 21 day window on the calendar. You however could use the 10/29 pricing as a max for the Thanksgiving Holiday period.

We are also traveling Thanksgiving week. Our original plan was 5 park days but I ended up cutting back to 3 day tickets because of the added cost of 2 days of lightening lanes for 4. Very glad I bought our tickets last week and stuck to 3 days. It’s such a big expense every day but for me, I always pay for it, especially a holiday week.

Possibly? Last year's 10/28 pricing (Wed of Halloween week) was $32 and the highest price that week but the following week and Thanksgiving, the price was $35 so price for the Thanksgiving Holiday period could be higher than the $45.

I could be wrong too, I just prefer to allow for unknowns.

I just redid my budget for our NYE week trip and it is going to cost us upwards of $100-$250 additionally daily with LLMP/LLSP. I didn't update snack prices yet, but some QS seemed to go down compared to numbers I had, and a couple entrees we would order went up $2. Our party is 6 people for 3 days and 10 people for 4 days.

We did the same thing. Usually, we get 4–5-day tickets but this trip over Thanksgiving we went with 2-day park hoppers. I'd rather have fewer days with lightening lanes than longer without, but I have one child who cannot handle long lines, so it makes everything easier.

Why do you keep saying that's the max for the year? Was that posted somewhere?

The Thanksgiving Holiday period will not be higher than $45 for MK. The $45 price posted for 10/29 is also the maximum price through October 2026 (until the day they announce the 2027 pricing).

The current max price for MK is $39 and it is going to $45 max as of 10/29 as posted on the Rolling calendar.

It has been posted on many sites from BlogMickey down to Facebook, and many sources in the middle of the pack including WDWnt that some question their reports.

Honestly no idea why the prices jump so drastically that day and they're almost double for that same Wednesday in 2024 so no history there as to why the price is suddenly so high!

I'll compare year to year here for the last Wednesday in October. 2025 will be in red. 2024 will be in green.

Magic Kingdom: $45 $24
Epcot: $37 $18
Hollywood Studios: $39 $20
Animal Kingdom $35 $17

Hoping it's somehow an error and not a sign of things to come! We'll know more tomorrow when prices for Nov 1st are published.
Yikes. We spent $500 on LLMP and 1 SP last Thanksgiving. This surpasses what we paid by more than $350 and I wouldn't be surprised to see that week go up even more.

Historically, T-Day might be safe but not so much Xmas. Blog Mickey rather summed it up in their title by including "(for now)" and speculated it will continue to increase into the holidays. wdwnt refrained from speculation on the future and just stated the max price is- which is entirely accurate because as of today, $45 is the max price.

A little MK comparison on prior price increases (I skimmed so might have missed something, here's the source data)
7/21/24 $27 (debuted)
7/22/24 $29
10/21/24 $32
10/26/24 $35
12/22/24 $37
12/24/25 $39
10/29/25 $45

Boy that was a depressing walk down memory lane :charac2:

Here's blog mickey's headline to the post..."Walt Disney World Raises Lightning Lane Prices to New All-Time Highs (So Far)" and from the article "For guests looking to skip the lines, pricing on the Lightning Lane Pass suite of products has also increased and will likely continue to increase into the holiday season" so the "max" hasn't been established yet...if they are going to charge $45 for 10/29 then there's no way it will be the same for Xmas week. But I guess only time will tell.

Your list while accurate is very misleading since the price range was always $27 - $39 since 7/21/24 announcement for the first day of availability 7/24/24.

The price increases you indicated were based on Disney's demand pricing. and not any change in the range. Your 12/24/24 price was the max and it was that price for 8 days during Christmas crowds.

Not sure what I said that was funny but maybe you should also read the blog post where I copied text from...But hopefully you're right and $45 is the max for the next 12 months.

I'm scared to see Christmas and New Years!
