I have started to notice more CF's leaving coupons, have you?

Or are you a CF as well?

I try to share.... especially if the coupon is about to expire. I was at Target over the weekend and was able to share alot of coupons. :)

Yes, I have seen many more coupons left by the coupon fairy! I appreciate whatever I find and can use and I leave what I cannot use for someone else. Today I got 3 coupons left by the coupon fairy. Target even had 4 at the cash register that expired today but I did not want to use them. I thought it was a nice idea for Target to do that.

I was in Goodwill one day...I get great clothes sometimes there. They have a small table set up with coupons on it for anyone to pick up. I tried to get my library to start a table or box for coupons. My DS13 is going to volunteer at a food pantry next month and I am going to suggest they start a table or box for people to donate coupons.

I think this is so sweet! It always makes me happy to find one on/near a product I'm getting.

Do you clip them knowing that you won't use them or do you decide not to use them and leave them? I wondered about this not that it matters.

I do it, I rarely find them but I often leave them. Sometimes I intend to use them but then decide not to at the store so I leave it for someone else. Sometimes it's just a good coupon that I know I won't use but figure someone will so I leave them for someone else. :)

Oops, I forgot to add my own answers, lol.

I have actually noticed CF leaving individual coupons on those certain products.

I also do a little CF action myself. I belong to the coupon trains, but the ones that will soon expire, I will take to the store if I am going around that time(if not I donate to Coups for Troops) and either I put a few in each area or:
at my store there is a automatic coupon machine(not the catalinas even though we have them too) but you scan your customer appreciation card and it shoots out a few coupons , I will leave them in the tray of extras.

My thing is: every little bit counts, can't stand to see it just thrown out.

I found one once for pasta that I was buying, I was so excited! The Ann Landers column had this subject a few weeks ago, the lady who left the coupon said her husband said she was littering the store and shouldn't do it. I for one appreciate it. I bet they are used by the end of the day too.

My Fred Meyer (Kroger) has an area at the front of the store that they set up where you can put your coupons that you won't be using. So others can come by and rummage around, see if there's something they can use.

Sometimes I have a coupon or two that I thought I might use but don't for whatever reason. I will leave them.

I leave coupons at Target all the time. I'll print one of their coupons out, find the product and then decide the price is not right and leave the coupon for someone who may need/want the item. Easy to do and I always appreciate finding a coupon for something I might need. :cool1:

Someone once left a $2.50 off coupon under the exact box of dish-washing tabs I was intending to buy. I felt like I had won the lottery! :cool1:

To answer your question, yes, I have seen a lot more coupons left by the CF!

No, but mostly because I have stayed out of the local grocery store for months now unless absolutely necessary.

We do 90% or more of our grocery shopping at Costco.

Dawn

I've noticed more and I have left more. If I see something on sale that I don't need- but I have a coupon for it- I leave the coupon for someone else to enjoy.

I had to go grocery shopping this week and the coupon fairy was very kind to leave me coupons for the items i needed. Thanks coupon faries everywhere:)

I have been finding coupons in certain stores left by CF. Mostly Target and Walmart.

I haven't found many in my local grocery stores.

I do tend to leave coupons that I know I won't use, especially if it's close to the expiration date.

I've left coupons on the items, but it is mostly as I find a competitors brand to be an even better buy.

If I have a coupon expiring soon that I know I won't use, I definitely leave it laying on top of the product it's for in the hopes that someone will be able to make use of it... maybe even someone who doesn't ordinarily use coupons.

If I get a flyer, I bring it to the store with me and if I see the item while I'm walking around for my stuff, I leave the coupon sticking out from under it if I don't need it :)
