Have you heard back yet from Concierge about requests? I havent yet after 2 weeks.

Hi all!

I emailed Concierge 130 days ahead of our Wish cruise (as they suggested we could) with some requests but it’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t gotten confirmation from them, either from email or by looking at our reservation online (i see no activities booked).

I guess they are backlogged but the reason I am concerned is that on all my cruises past they would confirm requests by email often on the same day! I emailed them again a few days ago but still no response. I asked my TA today and she suggested I call and i tried but i was on hold too long and had to leave because of work.

How is everyone else doing with communication from Concierge? Again I appreciated their work and know they are busy. This is just long for them in my experience.

I emailed to add an activity for our May cruise about 2 weeks ago, same as you, no response and nothing updated on our cruise planner. Slightly frustrating.
 
No response from my email about 10 days ago, but I was able to get through by phone on Friday (unrelated question to my email). Message said 13 minute wait, but it was actually only about 8 minutes. My emailed request was not an overly important question, so I'm not worried about the response timeline (we don't said for about another month), but for those of you at your booking windows, I feel so very sorry you are not getting the prompt response concierge is usually able to give. I share just to illustrate that you may find certain times of day that the wait is not too long on the concierge direct phone number. It must ebb and flow through the day. I called at around 10:05 AM mountain time on Friday.
 
update,
for the record, I finally got an email back from them tonight 4/2/22. I initially emailed them as requested on 3/24/22, so 9 days. They said they put the requests in and I can confirm the activities by looking at my reservation on the website tomorrow.
