Have you guys seen this? a nightmare before xmas ride?

They probably found it cheaper just to overlay Haunted Mansion. Plus it would be out of place when its not Halloween or Christmas!

I've always said I'd be good with them giving it it's own ride, rather then doing the overlay. I really like the overlay, and that way I could see both year round!

Shame it never came to be!

My son loves Nightmare Before Christmas, so I know he'd like that ride! Disney probably figures it is too closely related to the Haunted Mansion. It does look cool though. The artist sure is talented. We have never (as a family) gone on the haunted mansion ride w/out the Nightmare theme yet.

HM and HHM are DH and my favorite rides! Sure do wish that we could have both all year long!

I hope I don't get beat up for this, but personally... Nightmare Before Christmas creeps me out. Sure the music is some of the best ever, but I think it may be too frightening for little kids (or sissy wimps like me ) to have a whole big ride.

This ride would have scared me so much as a kid! I was a wimp even though I liked the movie.

My whole family loves Nightmare Before Christmas (we're generally Burton fans), so we still appreciate the HM overlay.
