Have you ever used MoneyBookers to pay on Ebay?

I have found an item I would like to buy on Ebay. The seller accepts only MoneyBookers. Having never heard of this company I am a little nervous.

Have you had any experience with them?

I've not used Moneybookers, but it is listed in the Ebay policy on payments as an accepted form so I'm guessing it's okay. Looks like it's based in the UK and is similar to Paypal.

I have heard of Moneybookers but I don't know anything about it. You should research its buyer protection policy and see if you are comfortable with it.

Me personally, I *only* use PayPal & credit card when buying on eBay. That is how I feel protected.

I also use Paypal. However, the seller only accepts Moneybookers.

We had to use moneybookers for an online game that my DS just had to have. The game is written by a guy in England, and that was the only way to pay him. We had no problems with moneybookers, except the call from our credit card company thinking our card had been stolen since we were sending money to a random guy in England.
