Have you ever used: an EVC company called Best Price Scooters and Strollers?

I would like to know if you would give a, thumbs up or down on an ECV company called, Best Price Scooters and Strollers.... they are also known as Best Price Mobility. They are on Disney's preferred vendor list. Any feedback will be helpful.
