Have you ever seen Tianna or Rapunzel at Princess Meal?

I've never seen mention of Tianna or Rapunzel at character meals, but descriptions of the meals always say 'Characters subject to change.' Just wondering if anyone has ever seen them at a character meal or heard of either of them joinging the cast of Princess Meals.
