Have you ever called a resort and found out you have a discount?

I am foggy on what I've read about this before, so please help? Seems like I heard of someone calling a resort and finding out there is a discount attached to their name?? Or do you find out when you make a reservation via phone?

We have gone in November for the past two years and enjoyed AoA suites with free dining. We are definitely interested in doing this again, but don't want to miss out on any discounts.

You can call WDW and see if you have a PIN code attached to your name. You can't call a specific resort. I'd try it, nothing to lose! You can find out by calling the same number you'd call to make a reservation.

Awesome! No another question. If by some miracle, I have a PIN, do I have to use it right then, or can i use it after I talk to my travel agent?

You can use it later but be aware they do have expiry dates on the offers.
