Have you ever been totally off on who someone was on the DIS?

I'm a 112 year old silver trophy, of unknown gender (do trophies even HAVE gender?)

actually, more like a 21 year old male human ... although the picture I posted in the pictures thread has lead some people to think otherwise ;)

I've gotten some pretty strange looks at DIS meets. I don't look much like people expect, and I'm not totally sure why.

Actually, Dana, you are one of the few people I actually pictured to look pretty much how you do.

Snoops, depending on the image you had of me, I'll let you keep it, but I won't keep the one I had of yours, for some reason I thought you were older, don't ask me why. I like your real image better!

Olga, my mental image of you was of a dude! You and December99, I thought you both were dudes until shortly before I met you. So I'll keep the real image of you in my mind! :)

I was born in '62. I think having a 4 yo and inheriting my mom's young looking genes makes people think I'm younger than I am. At least in person most people think I'm 10 years younger than my real age. Hopefully that'll still be the case when I'm pushing 80 :D .

I was born in '62 and also have a 4 year old (and one on the way:eek: ). When I tell people my age they always say "I didn't know you were THAT old!!" What the heck is that supposed to mean?? How old is THAT old?

Holly cow, Chris and me a dude Judi??? ROFLMAO. Yep , keep my real image, it's more fun!

When I was the "other" me here on the boards, I had a photo in my sig, so I was pretty sure that at least my gender would not of been an issue to be confused on...plus the other name was my real name so, unless you are brain dead, you could guess what I looked like

I assume at this point, most people know who I am now!! :jumping1:

Like the high school thread, this one makes me feel old! I am from Dan's generation. I think someone way back on page one said it right . We are all young at heart here!

So far I haven't been too confused in age and gender. I try to post my age (#'s in screenname is birthday) in most of posts, plus it's in my signiture too!

19 yo (going on 6), Female, graduated 2003!

PRETTY DARN OLD!!! :Pinkbounc

Keep in mind though, laughter keeps the face young looking....and with a 4 year old in your home, you probably laugh a lot! :teeth:

YAY for twenty somethings!!! I was wondering if there were any more out there.

It's kinda wierd seeing people graduating in 2002,2003, etc...makes me feel old... I graduated in 98...I'm too young to feel old!

Anyways, someone mistakingly called me "she" one day...and that's when the picture went up in the profile, so that mistake never happens again.

Sheesh...just 'cause I write poetry and got misty eyed watching "Love, Actually"

The tear didn't fall people!! It didn't fall!!!

Gosh, to find out I was wrong about you all this time! When you mentioned being familiar with the hills in Ann Arbor, I thought, "Well, sure, a guy shaped like that would have to worry about a place where the rolling might get out of control ... " :p

hey tink...were pretty much the same age...good to see other people my age sometimes too :)...ill be 20 in octoboer

Did you guess me right? Jolie

Yep, I'm incorrect a lot in this arena... That's part of the fun for me, though. Seeing how often I'm right and how often I'm wrong!

I haven't seen any pics of you, jvas, so the jury is still out on that one...

Take a guess what i look like

Why not just post a picture and eliminate the mystery? ;)

OK someone needs to start a Twenty-something thread! I would have sworn all of you Twenty-something's were older than me. :teeth:

[:scared1:I thought the computer added 20 years and 20 pounds!
