Have you ever been to a park other than MK on Halloween? How are crowds?

We are debating leaving for WDW on Halloween. My kids (8 and 11) can't decide if they want to trick-or-treat at MK, or go to another park that day and skip trick-or-treating entirely.

We wanted to know if anyone has been to the other parks on Halloween. Wishful thinking has us believing that the other parks will be empty on Halloween. Any help?

I guess I shouldn't say the other parks would be "empty", but "less crowded".
