Have Woody and Jessie returned to Disneyland Park at the Disneyland Resort?

Have Woody and Jessie returned to Disneyland Park at the Disneyland Resort? I have heard rumors from my friends that Woody has returned to Frontierland. Is this true?

When we recently went, the only place we saw them was at Paradise Pier in DCA with Buzz.

When we recently went, the only place we saw them was at Paradise Pier in DCA with Buzz.

When we were there last month Woody was roaming around Frontierland but it was impossible to get a photo or autograph and he was also alternating with Bizz at DCA next to the Cali Screaming along the pier.
No Jessie though.

My friend went recently last week and she said she saw Woody but he went on break before they got to meet him, but no Jessie. The Disneyland site said nothing about him coming back.

Did you happen to see Jessie at the pier?

We saw Woody today, on the Big Thunder Path between BTMRR and the (future) entrance to Star Wars Land.

People were taking pictures with him, but I was uncertain if it was a line with a handler, or just a chance encounter.

I have seen Woody on most Sundays and over the course of the last year in Frontierland. He has been roaming between the Petrified Tree area and entrance to Frontierland. He finds a child and holds their hand and ends up in his final destination. I can't recall seeing Jessie recently though. Maybe over the summer, but it has been a while.

We saw Jessie at the Pier in August.

We saw Jesse on the trail by Thunder Mountain as well. This was in late July or early August.

Have seen woody in frontierland a couple times earlier in the year, June/July, once right by the entrance gate to it. My kids tried doing the "Andy's coming", but i don't thinknhe heard.
