Have park tickets but would like to book HP package. Can this work????

Because of the Dis I purchased two years worth of the 7 day $99 park passes.

We would like to book the HP package but in order for this to work the website states I need to purchase tickets.

So here are my questions:

1) Would a one day one park ticket qualify as the park ticket purchased?
2) Would I have to buy one for each family member or can I buy one for me and that would qualify???

We would like to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. We stayed their last year and loved it!

Why do you want to book the HP package? When I was looking at packages vs room-only, the HP package is just about the most expensive way you can book. You get the 3 Broomsticks breakfast, but that's all you get that you can't get other ways. Not sure if they are continuing the commemorative ticket for '11, but for '10 they started sending those with normal ticket purchases...and when I saw a picture of it on ebay, it wasn't anything special, nothing I was going to pay more than a few dollars more for.

So I would really take a look at what you want from the HP package, and compare it to room-only rates and what you get just by staying onsite (early entry to WWoHP, etc).

We actually had the package booked for a couple months before I came to my senses. Thankfully they are easy about canceling well in advance.
