HAve Mbands but got email saying to pick them up?

We leave Sunday. We got our Magic Bands a month ago. Got an email today saying that we are able to pick our Magic Bands up when we arrive. I'm guessing this is an error and the ones we have and decorated are just fine?

Ugghhh that happened to me on my last trip. One or all of your bands are not linked. You won't know which ones till you check in. However they may be able to fix the issue at check in.
I had such a problem with my party of 6 on a split stay. We wound up with 24 bands!! All of which were fully functional by the last day of our trip.

I had a similar thing with one of our bands. I change my name on the reservation from my first name to my middle name. This name change triggered another magic band for me.

When we got to the hotel, the lady verified all of our bands by using a number on the back of the band and everything was good. I just got an extra, gray band.
