As a parent of a 3 year-old I feel like Disney has made a big effort over the past 2 years to really incorporate more things for the younger audience. Cook Kid summer was a noticeable hit for us last year, and I'm really glad to see that they're offering even more for that this summer.
We're very excited for Pueblo Esperanza at AK and also Monsters Inc. land.
The Bluey activation at AK is another HUGE thing geared toward younger families.
Changing It's Tough to Be a Bug to Zootopia seems to appeal to a younger audience.
We were already able to experience the new Animation Courtyard area and the new Mickey Clubhouse show and that was definitely a hit.
Probably most looking forward to the new Magic of Disney Animation experience in the old Launch Bay area.
Other notable updates over the past few years have been Country Bears, Moana: Journey of Water, and the Little Mermaid show.
I'd even go as far to say that the new Mandalorian & Grogu overlay on Smuggler's Run is a bigger hit with a younger crowd. My daughter loved it!
All that to say, compared to years past, it feels like there's a lot of new things that just debuted and are still coming to really cement more offerings for younger families.
Oh, and one last sign that they're trying to get younger families back to the parks are the discounts they've been offering the past few years with Kids eat free, kids discounted tickets, etc.
