Have Casey, Jr and Tea Cup pins become more valuable than magic?

This is more of a thought out to the great world of dis rather than a question. But, I will have to say that, I could not believe that I turned down a trade for magic.

I have to say, I don’t have a lot of what they call really rare items and what I do, I tend to put in my room and just look at it – how pretty - .

However, it just amazes me that I actually turned down magic. Didn’t matter what kind, just any lol.

I know these pins are valuable, really don’t know how valuable, but just know how gosh darn hard they are to get and know that someone would have to knock my socks off with a trade offer to get one out of my grubby little hands. However, it makes me smile just knowing I have something in my possession that I would turn down magic for, just to keep it on me.

Well I guess it all depends...take for instance my situation: Since they opened the rides I have spent over 20,000 credits and have got 3 Tea Cup pins. No Casey pin inspite of getting 78 magic sword pins in the last 3 days....However on the bright side I am now the proud owner of 60 toxic hairball rugs, 100 short hedge walls and 30 long hedge walls (so far ). I don't know about valuable but they sure are expensive, especially for me LOL!!

I think it's really in the eye of the beholder. I wouldn't necessarily say it's more rare, since most magic is no longer available except through trades...and the Casey Jr pin IS still available though not easy to get. But, it depends on the person who wants either one. If a person has a higher preference for magic, they may be willing to part with the Casey Jr pin to get it...or vice versa. Item value is all very relevant to the person who wants it or doesn't want it. I know there are items that people here have very high values on that personally are not really worth anything to me. I think inferno is awesome, but I really don't think it's worth all the items people part with just to trade for it. But others feel differently. Therefore, the value is dependent on the person who wants it or doesn't want it.
