So have any of the DVC rental brokers made major changes to their cancell/refund policies in light of Covid-19? Have any taken steps to put some type of protection in for the renter?

David’s has put in that a renter is entitled to a voucher with the company in the event of a force majeure

But, this isn’t for renters protection, IMO, it’s to prevent charge backs that renters did and won.

Same risks as always. Honestly, prices will be much lower not using a broker because I bet Disney continues with discounts and owners can lower to compete. Brokers cant

Yes the 40% for AP holders is cheaper than $19 a point. Just by a couple hundred dollars(based on our reservation). But you have the ability to cancel and modify.

And, DVC point heavier times is when Disney rates are not so times like summer will be tough for rental market IMO.
