Have any of you used the 10-Day World Pass?

I saw this pass mentioned over on Mousesavers and it really looked like a good deal. But since I live in the US I'm a bit concerned about it not working for me. We will be staying 7 nights offsite arriving around 2:00 on the first day and leaving at about 5:00 on the last day.

This pass would allow us to go to the parks on the day we arrive and leave without worrying about wasting a day's admission. It'll also allow us to go to DisneyQuest and to hit Pleasure Island as often as we want.

We're in sort of an odd situation. Two members of our party will have Premium Annual Passes and two members will be using either the 10-Day World Pass or 7 day Hoppers. If we got the 10-Day World Passes then we'd all be able to come and go as we please without worrying about using days/plus options.

So what's your experiences with this pass?

I haven't used this 10 day world pass. Just bumping you back to page one so that someone can offer advice.

When I checked prices I found that the 30 day fun in the sun pass was cheaper. It includes a breakfast voucher. The current ones expire May 31, but in a few weeks the new ones that do not expire until 2005 will be avaliable.

Try Ticketmania for the 30 day pass, you have to email as it is not listed (ask for the mousesavers special).

I have not used either pass yet but here is what I have found...

-Many reports of using it without a hitch.

-A few people had to wait while a CM called and asked a manager how to activate it, but again, they all were allowed to use it.

-From a CM- worst case is they do not let you use it but give you full credit for what you paid towards another ticket. She said this happens all the time with the FL resident tickets.

Oh and the pass is sold in certian markets, but has no recidency requirements (unless they change that).

I bought one for my DS's best friend who went to WDW last July. We never had any trouble at all with it. I plan on buying the 30 day pass for him (yep, he's going with us again - what a lucky kid!!) and my DH for our July trip. DS and I will get PAP, since we have another trip planned within the year.

I am anxiously waiting for Ticketmania to begin selling the 30 day ticket that expires after May 31. We will be going in late June and this is the ticket we really want so that we can do a little bit of everything. I contacated Ticketmania and they don't know when they will get the tickets and if there will be a price increase. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Pam

I guess I am not familiar with the 10 day pass and I have never heard of the 30 day in the sun. Could someone please explain what these are and the benifits of each. Also the prices would be helpful. Just basically anything you know about these. (I like to be well educated when it comes to Disney)
