Have any of you done the "LA / Hollywood and Beach Tour" excursion??

I see that they offer a few different excursions that you can add onto your DLR reservation. I've only been to DLR once, for a half day, over 20 years ago; DH has never been there.

DH would like to see a little bit of Hollywood while we're in CA. How is this excursion??

P.S. We won't have a car; we'll be traveling to DLR from my DH's work conference in AZ, then flying home after 4 nights at DLR. Thanks!

It's o.k. Seeing a "bit" of Hollywood is correct. You see a little here and there. You won't spend a lot of time in any one place. That is o.k. How long do you need to drive by a famous person's house? Seeing the Hollywood sign is cool.

I would recommend it as a change of pace to the parks.

I have it booked for June 25th. Like you we won't have a car and the 2 teenagers want to go and see the Hollywood sign. We have 5 day park hopper tickets so this is our break day. We are also staying 8 days.
