Have all the buildings in All Star Sports been refurbished?

Have all of them been refurbished? I thought I read somewhere that #10 had'nt been but I'm not sure if thats correct. I really wanted to stay in the touchdown section and I'm wondering if building 7 is the only one of the two I would want to stay in.

I was in building ten of Touchdown two weeks ago and it certainly looked new. The only one I know they are in the process of refurbishing is basketball.
