i hope someone will be able to answer this question. DD12 and i will be arriving around 7 in the morning in kissimmee, then we have a towncar to take us over to the All star sports resort. i have already asked them about checking in ealry and they said they would keep my bags for us and give us the key and we just need to call later to find out what room.
..okay my question is ..will they allow us to go use the bathroom change clothes freshen up just a little before we check our baggage in? and is there a restroom in the lobby?

one more question... i am having a package sent to the hotel from a friend. do i just check at the lobby each day to see if it has come or will they let me know? ia m not sure what day it will get there. it was sent proirity mail thursday from nebraska.

Certainly they will allow you to use the facilities to freshen up. You could even enjoy the pool until your room is ready if you wanted to.

I'm the front desk would notify you about the package, and/or you could check, too!

They will proably call you about the package.

I haven't stayed at All Stars but Pop Century had restrooms in the lobby and even bigger ones out by the pool with showers and changing rooms.

You will be fine.

the front desk will most likely leave a voice mail on your phone to let you know you have a package... that is what they did when i had a fax waiting for me...

like the previous posters said, yep, you may use bathroom facilities (handicapped stall is quite roomy, good spot for changing) and pool facilities, food court, transportation, etc... ENJOY!

thank you thank you thank you. you guys are the best!
this will be DD12 and my 1st trip alone, and although we have been to WDw numerous times it will be the first top stay at a disney resort. we are so excited and i just want to make sure i have everything under control..lol( as if that could happen)

Most likely when you get there your room will be ready and they will let you in. We have always arrived early to enjoy the day at the park since we are on a package most times. They don't guarantee your room to be ready early of course, but if you go with that thought in mind you should have a great time. We have arrived once at 8 am and once at 9:30 am once at CBR and once at POP and both times have been able to go straight to our rooms. We visited CBR in July and Pop in May. We also had a package delivered and they left us a voice mail that it was there. Have a blast!
