I have had one stay at OKW in a Studio last week, and I am wondering if all bathrooms have the skylight type window over the commode that our stuido had? We were in a building along Millers Road. I ended up having to close the door to the bathroom in the middle of the night because the light shining in was so bright. Do all bathrooms have this?

Bargain--

I remember seeing someone post a long time ago about a pop up clothes hamper that would fold flat for storage. Folds up into about a frisbee. I saw one in a catalog last week for $11.95 for just one and was going to order next week. I found a package of 2 of these at BJ's last night for $9.99. They would be great for holding 1-2 loads of laundry and have a small pocket on the outside for stain stick, laundry detergent, etc. Great for those in a Studio that need to lug laundry to do their wash. Also great for just setting up in room so you don't have to put dirty stinky clothes in with clean ones--something I hate to do. :)

All the bathrooms in the studios, one and 2 bedrooms at OKW have a high, frosted window in the bathroom. We haven't stayed in a Grand Villa, so I don't know about those. The windows are nice since they are so high and they are totally opaque, so no one can see in. But, depending on where the window is compared to the lights outside, they may leave in too much light for some people. You can close the door like you did and if you need the bathroom, it might be enough light so you don't need to turn on the light.
Your idea about the laundry bag sounds like a very good idea.

I can't help you out about the skylight because I have never stay at OKW yet.

But I have never heard about the hamper thing yet. I think this is a great way to hold dirty clotes during the week until you can wash them.

I am from the Chicago land area and I don't think we have a BJ's by us. Does anyone else know where you could buy these? I would love to have them for my next trip.

That's exactly where we got ours a couple of years ago...BJ's, $10 for two. They are the greatest things. Last trip, we actually took 4 of them, because when they're full, they can be pretty heavy. This way, DH and I each carried two, and it helped balance things while walking to and from the laundry room. When we go in November and stay in a two bedroom, we'll distribute them around so that THAT home doesn't look like THIS home with dirty clothes all over the place!

I'm pretty sure I've seen them at K-Mart and WalMart, but sold individually, and for about $7 - $8 each. Still, worth it. They're great. The kids even take them to camp.

Ditto on the skylight---have stayed in all except the GV and they are always there....I really like them---but we can sleep anywhere so it isn't a problem for us.
