Arts and Crafts Haunted Mansion

I am doing trunk or treat this year and have chosen the Haunted Mansion ride as my theme. I am doing Madame Leota's talking head through my minivan's dvd player and hanging instruments along with the changing pictures. I would like to do the faces that watch your every move that you see in the gallery if anyone has any suggestions on how to make those that would be awesome. Also I wanted to hear from everyone, what is the first thing you think of when you think of the Haunted Mansion ride, preferably the one at Disneyland. I think the other ones might be slightly different.
