Haunted Mansion Resort?

I had the thought while we were at Disney last week. Haunted Mansion being one of the parks best and most loved attractions I think it would be a really cool theme for a resort. Of course my son would be too chicken to stay at the thing, but I think it would be kind of fun...... maybe. Thoughts? Not too scary of a theme and not too dark, a lighter version but still haunted and playfully spooky.

That sounds really cool. They wouldn't even need to dust the lobby, what with all the cobwebs as part of the atmosphere. They could do a lot with that idea.
