Haunted Mansion movie ?

I vaguely remember Disney puting out a Haunted Mansion movie (this year or last year). Is it available on DVD/VHS yet? The kids rarely watch tv (we don't even have cable or satellite) but DD7 is a little leary about going on the haunted mansion ride. I thought if she watched the movie it might help her. Or would the movie be too scary for a 7 year old?

Sorry if these questions sound stupid, I'm not up at all on kids movies.

Yes, it is out on DVD/VHS. My DD4 loves the movie, she isn''t afraid of much but I don't remember anything too scary in it.

I saw it on tv a week or two ago.. I think the Disney channel.. I didnt think it was too scary for kiddos to watch.. This would be a great movie to watch right before going to WDW..

We did think it was a little scary. DD11 is an anxious type and it upset her slightly (particularly the scene where they are trapped in a crypt with skeletons coming after them). If your DD is nervous maybe you should preview it first.

Also, be aware that there are a couple of mild curse words used. The bad guy yells "D*** you all to he**" at the end. My children pretended to be quite shocked!
