I just called CRO to change dates of our trip from June 2006 to January 2006. They had my reservation as cancelled. I had my confirmation sheet in front of me - thank god and the CM was finally able to bring it back up but it took about 45 minutes. We were finally able to change the dates. Technically, I could have gone through next May when my final payment was due before knowing that my reservation didn't exist.
That would have been too scary...AND extremely frustrating. Any one else ever had similar problems with reservations? My request was easy - a 10 day campsite - no special requests/preferences/etc.
