Has this been posted yet? Free Photo in real life at Expedition Everest ?!

OK, I must have done something wrong. Thought this was going to be a simple thing, but apparently not for me. When I opened Yeti just now, it said to click for my bonus prize of a free photo (didn't have to play the game at all). Once I typed in my user name and password, it just went dead - nothing popped up at all... So I closed it all, and started over. This time I played the game, but just got the code for VMK - nothing at all was mentioned about the ride photo. Bummer!

Edited to add: Well, I guess I must have blown it because now I just logged in again and it said it had already given me the the free photo certificate!! GR!! So I am out of a free photo now...

I will join my friend Be in asking for a gifted certificate. :teeth: Is there anyone that could print this certificate, but doesn't have a trip planned? Thank you!!

Try these:

1) Try clearing cookies and history. Restart. Try signing into the game again.

2) Right click on the Yeti Icon on your desktop and then go to properties....open all the little icons and there may be one there title Photo......click that and it will bring you to your certificate.

I had the same problem and tried a bunch of things and one of them worked but dont know which one did the trick.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but has anyone tried to redeem their coupons? I'm just curious to know how it works since I'll be going soon.

Hi,
We did last week. When you enter the park go to guest services at the front of the park. They redeem it and give you a special coupon. We did not do this and had to walk back to the front of the park.

I can confirm that this is and actual on-ride photo of you when you are in a very scary part of the ride. :) So yes, this is an on-ride photo of you, and it is free. :)

Ditto what Bugdozer said. We were also there last week and in the rush to get to the ride at opening, I forgot about turning in the certificate at Guest Relations at the front of the park. The CM at the Everest photo counter was a bit condescending when he asked if we had followed all instructions. DH was nice enough to run back to the front of the park to turn in the certificate for the coupon. Note: As long as you make note of your photo number, you can claim your photo up to two days later without having to ride again to generate another photo.

I bet many of us forget to stop at Guest Relations...it would be nice if they would change the procedure.
