It is usually under Help & Contact>Contact Us which then brings you to a page where on the top right, it says Call, email or chat. Both email and chat are currently missing from the listing and only the call option is given. This has happened before. When one of the options is not working it disappears from that group list and comes back again when it is working. Thus, email may just not be working for the time being, the same as chat.
Then again, maybe it is new plan to prevent complaints. Take away chat and email and then
bring back the two-plus hour hold for answering the phone and DVC will be able to rightly claim that it has not been receiving any complaints from members.
I just did it this morning. Under help and then chat with a cast member has two options chat now or email us. It takes a couple of mins for the email option to show
I'm not a fan of calling, But I found out when I went to the DVC member site via my phone, it had the option to email. Using my computer no email option. Go figure.
