Disney wanted to demote some full time employees to part time or no job at all so they did not have to pay their health insurance. It was announced last night that a settlement had been reached. Typical Disney no details were given. Considering this time of the year should we mail Mr. Eisner a copy of Charles Dickens Christmas Story?
