Has the Mattel Wicked For Good dolls starting to become scarce to find in stores?

I learned that Mattel has released a new line of Wicked For Good dolls in honor of the movie debuting in November but for reasons unknown the entire Wicked For Good doll series has become impossibly scarce to find anywhere at any stores and i'm curious to know if these dolls have become sought-after for Wicked fans? The one doll I love from the Wicked For Good doll series is a Jeff Goldblum Wizard doll but for some unknown reason this Wicked doll is hard to find and if you look at any store for any Wicked For Good dolls you cannot find them and all the stores carry the first Mattel Wicked doll series and a shocking thing is that if you go to Walmart and try to order the Jeff Goldblum Wizard Wicked doll it is always sold out and out of stock and I cannot figure out why this doll is very sought-after of the Wicked For Good Mattel doll series. Did Mattel not make enough of this doll series? You would think that with Wicked For Good opening in theaters in November these Wicked For Good dolls shouldn't be so scarce to find

The Wizard is available on Ebay starting at $89. Collectors and resellers snagged them all as they were a Walmart exclusive. Some of the other dolls are available on Amazon though.

Elphaba, Glinda, and NessaRose are available on Amazon. I don't see the Wizard on there though.

All I can say is I'm glad I have a son that works at Mattel, I'll have the whole set.

Jeff's Wizard was the most sought after and according to Mattels official site, it is no longer available for purchase. I doubt they will make more, so if you didn't get one already Ebay is your only option now.

The Wicked For Good Wizard doll is a Walmart exclusive? I see that there is no mention of it on Walmart's website and I can only guess why collectors grabbed it was because of Jeff Goldblum's likeness. Another doll I found of the Mattel Wicked doll series was of Fiyero who is the crush is Nessarose in the movie and when his doll came out it was a Target Exclusive but they are on Amazon. I am tempted to call Mattel and ask them if they plan to make more dolls of The Wizard because this was the very first time a doll of The Wizard was put in the Mattel Wicked doll series and why these dolls are becoming scarce to find is beyond me

I think that these Wicked For Good dolls will become like Turboman in the movie Jingle All The Way. Because the thing is with movie toys as soon as the movie comes out during the holidays the toys will become hot toys on Santa's Wish List. Because we saw the same thing happen with Disney's Wish and Wall-E toys and when those movies came out people bought what toys were released and soon they became scarce. Which is what I think will happen with Wicked For Good
