Has the chat function been disabled?

If you sit there and watch it long enough it suddenly appears and be quick when it does.

The chat option disappears when all chat agents are busy with other members. If you wait it should become available again soon

I was wondering as well as everytime, I looked it was not available.

I got lucky as it was there to answer my questions about the ticket offer and while my split stay is not a problem, I don’t need 4 plus 2. I want a 3 plus 2 and wanted to confirm without a long hold time that is not included. You can buy more and get it just not less.
