I tried doing a chat since Im having issues doing my on line check in--acatually its the arrival time--when I click on it I cant scroll down to get to my time
all it does is takes me back to the beginning

used to be when Id have questions Id do chat and Id actually get a live person--now no matter what I pick it tells me I have to call member services

anyways the other question I have is when I do moble ordering can I charge back to the room when Im practicing theres not an option for this only gift or CC

will the GC stay in there or do I have to enter each time--it asks me for the gift card number and then says scan barcode what barcode

sorry for all the dumb questions its just I like to know what Im getting into before and so many things have changed my head hurts

I think it is all about staffing. If no one is available, you have to call.
The line is set up with limits of how many people that they can help each hour.
If there are 3 people 'holding' and your number 4, system will tell you to call

Sorry, you can’t charge back to your room when doing mobile ordering. The charge goes directly to the CC linked to your MDE account (may or may not be the same one on your resort account) or to a GC.

It won’t save the GC number, but you can save the number in a note or text on your phone. Then it’s easy to copy and paste when doing mobile ordering. Or you can scan the barcode on the back of the GC or on the printout of an e-GC.
