Has my TA lost her mind?

So I am going with a travel agent this trip largely because I am a hospital nurse and there is no way I can make ADRs on a day I am scheduled to work and I do not want to miss out. So far she has been great.
But now she is saying that my day to make ADRs in December 3. All of my calculations say that it is Monday November 29. That is a pretty big difference.
Can someone please tell me who is right? Thanks.

Have you used her before? If you aren't happy, find someone you ARE happy with. There are plenty of agents out there looking for work, I know this, because i'm one of them! Don't let her ruin your magic!

Yes, she has bent over backwards for me and has been awesome sothis is a little surprising. I did email her one calculator link today and she as not gotten back to me yet. I will call her in the AM. Glad to know that I am not crazy.
