If you are talking about Heidi Folak-Pickert, she worked with my DD 8 years ago on her FTW. She was very sweet and very professional - we found her to be helpful and most importantly, easily accessible - she always returned calls promptly and we never worried about anything she told us. She helped us arrange a dessert reception before all of you Disney brides did them!!!!! DD was married in the Wedding Pavillion, and had her brunch reception in the CG, Napa and Sonoma rooms - everything was perfect right down to the linens on the tables and the chair covers. Unfortunately, after all the planning, Heidi had jury duty the day of the wedding and we had another event manager covering for her - I don't recall her name, but she was just as efficient and pleasant as Heidi was and while we were disappointed that Heidi wasn't there, we were not disappointed in the service of the other event manager. All in all, a great day!!!!
