Has anyone used Zippy Shuttles?

This will be our first trip without our friends picking us up at the airport, and I would like to either take a cab, or use a private shuttle that can pick us up at the airport terminal, and drop us directly to the hotel and vice versa.

I saw one poster on another board mention this company, but I don't want to rely on just one person's review.
