Has anyone used USA3000?

I am looking for a good rate from Chicago to Orlando (Sep) for my family of 5. USA3000 has good prices and I don't see a lot of hidden fees. Does anyone have info/experiences with this airline?? I am traveling with children so seat assignment will be important.

My wife and DD16 used USA3000 to fly from Newark to St. Pete in February.

Great price, they were treated well and on-time. They happened to fly out the day those Jet Blue passengers were stranded in JFK on the plane for 8 hours. USA300 got them to FL that day on-time. And, for those that know Newark, amazingly enough they landed home on-time also.

I would use them again in a heartbeat. It did cost $5 pp to choose their seat, but they got row 1 both ways.

we flew nonstop from st. louis to cabo last summer. our flight was ontime for both departures. we had a good experience. we are even flying then again with our children nonstop to ft. myers next month (paid $10pp for assigned seats this time).
