Has anyone used their Hershey/Southwest GC's?

Hi All, Just wondering who has tried using the GC's?? Was it a painless process?

How long did it take to get them? Ive been waiting 10 weeks? Thanks

It took about 2 months to get three of our certificates, but then there was a problem with one submission (long story) & we have yet to get the certificate, I hope we do get it!!! I'll say it came in a plain white envelope with some weird name like advanced systems or something.... don't throw any mail out you think might be junk!!!
