Has anyone used the meal plans?

Just wondering what everyone thought about the meal plans. Are they worth it? What character breakfast is best for DD9, DD5, DS3 . What exactly is Breakfast in the park. I really like BB and will go there but what about a reasonable sit down place for kids. That have reasonable prices?

Also, what is the ESPN gift card that comes with the hopper pass?
