I have the 2 mile brisk walk and the 3 mile walk, but I wanted a little something different.
This 3 pack as a 1 mile walk with upper strength training, a 30 minute walk and kick boxing mix and then a 30 minute walk and jog tape.
They sound like a good variety, anyone had any experience using these tapes?
