I'm going to purchase the 5 day pass (for the price of a 2 day pass) on the Universal website. I want to use the ceTicket (Electronic Ticket) which you can pick up at a ceOsk automated ticketing machine at IOA or US. Has anyone used the automated ticketing? Just curious if it is a good decision. Thanks!

I used them for our April trip. The machines are to the right of the entrance of Universal Studios. I swiped my cc,punched in my code and the tickets dropped into a tray below. Very quick and easy.

I agree with Carol, very easy. I was with a group of people, all asking questions and confused and even WE got it! :teeth:

I agree! We were just there this past week (ret'd yesterday :( ) and we did the same thing (purchased the 5dayers on line). It was very easy! Just be sure to take the credit card with you that you used to purchase the tickets AND the confirmation number that you print out. That simple! Tickets then drop out and you sign them. Each time you enter the park, you show your tickets and will be asked to sign in. They (are supposed to) compare your signature to your ticket and you're in! No problems here. Good luck and have a GREAT time! :p
